John Taylor has been a professional photographer for fourteen years, before that working in graphic design and photographic printing. His first photography job was working for a regional newspaper, covering non-league local football, in which he took great pride. Even though the football was pretty bad… the pictures were excellent.

His abilities gained him a position at a national news agency, and then with The Daily Telegraph for 8 years, where he travelled widely, photographed the rich and the famous, but also movingly photographed some of the less fortunate members of society. John continues to work with top clients, including PR companies Barnaby Valentine, Brazen and Newscast.

John believes that whilst some wedding photographers offer a ‘photojournalism’ style of wedding photography, not all of them have the credentials to back it up. He himself has the invaluable experience of covering demanding assignments all over the world, and of working efficiently and to tight deadlines.
